- Two imperial figures staning, facing each other, separated by a simple cross, lightly pattéed, at the end of a long handle extending beyond the heads and resting on a globe; the emperors, dressed in divitision and chlamys, each wear a closed crown surmounted by a cross and adorned with dependilia; according to very similar pieces, the bearded sovereign on the left is Leo III, the beardless one on the right is Constantine V; each emperor holds the base of the cross in his hand, above the globe, while Constantine's hand is placed above that of his father
